Morris Homes proposes 34 new dwellings at Dingle Farm

Morris Homes has submitted planning applications to Warrington Borough Council for a new housing development at Dingle Farm in Appleton. The proposed scheme involves the construction of 34 dwellings, including a mix of one to five-bedroom mews, semi-detached, and detached homes.

The 3.86-acre site, which includes former agricultural land and stables, was removed from the green belt following the adoption of the Warrington Local Plan 2023. The development is situated adjacent to the South-East Warrington Urban Extension and near an area of ancient woodland designated as open space.
