Mos City Council and Real Club Celta agree on road expansion

The Mos City Council and Real Club Celta have signed an agreement to expand the road connecting the Celta360 area with the center of Cela. The deal establishes specific responsibilities for both parties regarding the improvement of the Camiño do Monte do Coto.

Under the terms of the agreement, Real Club Celta will be responsible for drafting the local road improvement project and submitting it to the council for approval. The club will also contribute 635,934 euros, representing the monetization of 10% of the urban development rights belonging to the municipality within the Celta360 project area. These funds will be integrated into the Municipal Land Heritage to finance the roadworks.

The Mos City Council will manage the acquisition of necessary land, including the expropriation process for affected properties, and will handle the contracting and execution of works located outside the scope of the Autonomous Interest Project. Once completed, the council will also be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and conservation of the road.
