MOSH Bar & Dinner selected for Italy's Ein Prosit festival

MOSH Bar & Dinner has become the only bar from Romania and Eastern Europe included in the mixology program of Ein Prosit, a major gastronomic festival held in Italy.

On October 18, MOSH resident mixologist Christopher Michael will take over the Alla Rocca bar in Udine as part of a series of guest shifts featuring international hospitality professionals. This follows the establishment's previous appearance at BOB Fest Italia in June.

Co-founder Mihai Paul stated that the invitation validates the creativity of the Bucharest mixology scene on an international stage. The 27th edition of Ein Prosit features over 130 events, including collaborative dinners and workshops, with participation from globally recognized culinary figures.
