Mosman luxury property: Mark Mezrani lists $17m interim home

Mark Mezrani, CEO of the toy retail chain Kidstuff and former Macquarie Bank bullion trader, has listed his interim Mosman residence for sale with a price guide of $17 million. The property is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom Federation-style home featuring a pool and recent renovations including European marble.

The Mezranis are reportedly moving into a $40 million mansion elsewhere in Mosman, a property previously owned by Sydney Swans chairman Andrew Pridham. The Mezranis purchased their current interim home for approximately $12.9 million in March of last year.
