Mossimo Giannulli requests spousal support in divorce from Lori Loughlin

Mossimo Giannulli has filed a response in the divorce proceedings between himself and actress Lori Loughlin. In court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 15, the 63-year-old fashion designer confirmed his intent to dissolve the marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

Giannulli’s filing includes requests for the court to determine if spousal support should be paid to either party and whether one spouse should contribute to the other’s legal fees. He also requested a formal disclosure of financial records, including income, expenses, debts, and both separate and shared property.

Loughlin, 62, originally filed for divorce in September after the couple reportedly separated in August 2025. While Loughlin’s initial petition noted the existence of a prenuptial agreement, Giannulli’s recent motion did not mention the document. The couple had been married since 1997.
