Mossos d'Esquadra report no documentation on teacher assembly infiltration

The Mossos d'Esquadra and the Department of the Interior have informed the High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) that no documentation exists regarding the infiltration of two undercover officers into a teachers' assembly during the previous school year.

According to a report by Carles Hernàndez, head of the General Information Commissariat, there are no service orders, planning documents, intervention reports, or files related to the operation because none were drafted. The report also states that the meeting was not recorded via audio or video by the undercover agents.

The documentation requested by the TSJC, following a petition from the CGT union, was intended to include the service order for the May 6 assembly in Barcelona, instructions given to the agents, risk assessments regarding fundamental rights to assembly and strike, and the official police communication of the action.
