Mostar Jazz Fest features swing and space jazz rock

The Mostar Jazz Fest continues with its second evening, featuring a diverse program of vocal swing and space jazz rock. The event includes performances by Antonija Batinić & The Swing Cats, who blend swing with vocal jazz, and the Zagreb-based group Chui, known for their fusion of jazz, progressive rock, and electronic music.

In addition to the concerts, the festival includes an educational component through the Mostar Jazz Edu & Science program. This features workshops and masterclasses, such as a session on keyboards and electronic sounds led by Toni Starešinić of Chui, and a practical masterclass on live sound and digital tools led by Kamenko Bošnjak.

The festival concludes on August 25 with a book presentation and an album launch. All festival events are free to the public, with attendees encouraged to provide donations to support the festival's humanitarian activities and educational programs in Mostar.
