Mostar Mayor reports issues with reinstated Komunalno workers

Mostar Mayor Mario Kordić has reported that employees reinstated to the public utility company Komunalno via a temporary court injunction are failing to perform their duties. According to Kordić, the workers cited various reasons for their inability to work and initially requested annual leave before withdrawing the request.

Kordić also noted a security incident involving an attack on an employee that required police intervention. He announced that these behaviors and the resulting impact on the company’s daily operations will be presented during an upcoming court hearing this week. The mayor emphasized the need for the court to consider how the temporary measure is being implemented in practice to ensure the continued provision of municipal services to citizens.
