Mostra Japão cultural festival to be held in Sorocaba

The Mostra Japão cultural event will take place from Friday to Sunday at the Paço Municipal de Sorocaba in Brazil. The event features an immersion into Japanese culture through gastronomy, arts, music, and oriental products.

Attractions include taiko drum performances, shishimai (lion dance), and cosplay competitions, including a pet cosplay contest. The event is family and pet friendly.

Admission to the event requires a donation of 1 kg of non-perishable food. These donations support the ‘A Fome não é Fake!’ campaign, organized by the Sorocaba City Hall through the Fundo Social de Solidariedade (FSS), to assist vulnerable families in the municipality.
