Motocross championships held in Sweden and the United States

The FIM Motocross World Championship continued in Uddevalla, Sweden, at the Glimminge Motorstadion. In the EMX125 qualifying sessions, Denmark’s Bertram Thorius secured the fastest lap with a time of 1:56.250, placing him over a second ahead of championship leader Ricardo Bauer.

In the United States, the Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) held its fourth round at the Unadilla National in New York. Lachlan Turner recorded the fastest qualifying lap with a time of 2:23.493. The event follows a break in the WMX schedule since the High Point National, with riders competing for championship standings in a series that includes international participation.
