MotoGP Fan Fest Tokyo to be held in Akihabara on September 30

The official promotion event for the 2026 FIM MotoGP World Championship Japanese Grand Prix, rebranded as ‘MotoGP Fan Fest Tokyo’, will take place on September 30, 2026, at Bellesalle Akihabara in Tokyo.

As part of the buildup to the main race held at Mobility Resort Motegi from October 2 to 4, the festival features a ‘Meet the Riders’ appearance stage. Eleven top riders are scheduled to participate, including MotoGP class stars Francesco Bagnaia, Fabio Quartararo, Luca Marini, Alex Marquez, and Fabio Di Giannantonio, as well as Japanese rider Ai Ogura. The lineup also includes Moto2 and Moto3 riders such as Ayumu Sasaki, Sotaro Furiko, and Ryusei Yamanaka.

Event highlights include the ‘Akihabara Hero Walk’, where riders will walk a red carpet to interact with fans, and exhibitions of Grand Prix machines, such as Honda’s RC213V and Yamaha’s YZR-M1. The event is free to enter, though stage viewing requires a numbered ticket.
