Motor Oil and Alibaba lead major corporate financial updates
Motor Oil is expected to report significant growth in its second-quarter and first-half 2026 financial results. According to Eurobank Equities, the refinery is operating at full capacity with high product margins. Projections suggest second-quarter revenues could reach €4.33 billion, a 67% increase year-on-year, with adjusted EBITDA expected to rise 104% to €481 million. Net profits for the second quarter are estimated at €260 million.
In Asian markets, Alibaba is conducting a major share offering in Hong Kong, aiming to raise approximately 79.7 billion yuan, which would set a record for the largest share placement in the Hong Kong market.
