Motorcycle festivals held in Rize and Artvin

Motorcycle enthusiasts gathered in Turkey's Eastern Black Sea region for two consecutive festivals in August. Supported by Quick Sigorta, the events included the Ardeşen Motofest and the 13th Quick Sigorta Artvin Motofest.

Organized by the Ardeşen Motor Club from August 10–13, the first festival took place around the Kaçkar Mountains, Fırtına Valley, and Zilkale. The four-day event featured camping, motorcycle games, competitions, live music, and DJ performances, allowing participants to explore the local culture and natural scenery.

The route then moved to Artvin for the 13th Quick Sigorta Artvin Motofest, held from August 14–16 at the Kafkasör Plateau. Organized by the Artvin Motorcycle Club Association, this three-day event focused on technical development and entertainment, offering practical riding training, safety workshops, enduro games, and concerts.

Eyüp Özsoy, General Manager of Quick Sigorta, noted that the route from Ardeşen to Artvin demonstrates the strong bonds within motorcycle culture, stating, “Here, the road turns into the festival itself.”
