Motorcycle stolen from earthquake survivor in Hatay

In the Reyhanlı district of Hatay, a motorcycle belonging to 18-year-old Salih Ersöz was stolen by two young suspects. Ersöz, who lost his family and an arm during the February 6 earthquakes, had purchased the motorcycle with the help of community members to assist with his daily transportation.

Security camera footage from a cafe in the Yenişehir neighborhood captured the incident, showing one child lying in wait while the other hid behind the parked vehicle to facilitate the theft. Local residents expressed distress over the incident, noting that the motorcycle was a modest vehicle essential for Ersöz's mobility. Police are currently conducting an investigation to locate the motorcycle and apprehend the suspects.
