Motorcyclist injuries reported in Ozegna and Sandrigo accidents, Italy

In Ozegna, a 48‑year‑old rider of a Honda CBR tried to avoid a truck on the SP222/SP53 roundabout and lost control, falling down a slope. He suffered multiple fractures, underwent surgery and was transferred to hospitals in Ivrea and Chivasso. The truck driver stopped briefly before continuing, and Carabinieri investigations are ongoing.

In Sandrigo, a 17‑year‑old riding a Fantic motorcycle collided with a Fiat Scudo truck that was turning onto Via Fratte, then struck an Iveco truck parked on the same road. The rider was thrown into a nearby ditch and taken by ambulance to a Vicenza hospital. The other drivers were unharmed, and local police handled the technical investigation.
