Motorcyclist killed in head-on collision in Burley, Idaho

A 59-year-old man from Heyburn, Idaho, was killed in a head-on collision between a motorcycle and a Jeep on Bedke Blvd in Burley. The Idaho State Police reported that the motorcycle crossed the center line, striking the Jeep. The Jeep driver sustained minor injuries but did not require hospitalization.

This incident follows another fatal motorcycle accident involving a Jeep near Bear Lake earlier that same day. According to the Idaho State Police, there have been 12 fatal motorcycle accidents reported during the ‘100 Deadliest Days of Summer’ this year.
