Motorcyclist seriously injured in Tenerife ravine accident

A 33-year-old motorcyclist has been seriously injured after veering off the road and falling into a ravine in Tenerife. The accident occurred on the TF-28 secondary road near San Miguel de Abona.

Emergency responders from the Tenerife Firefighters Consortium had to navigate steep terrain to reach the victim. Following stabilization by the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC), the individual was airlifted via medical helicopter to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria due to multiple severe traumas. The Civil Guard is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
