Motorcyclist seriously injured in Valle Subequana crash

A 40-year-old motorcyclist from Silvi was seriously injured following a crash on the Tiburtina-Valeria state road in the Castel di Ieri area. The man, riding a Yamaha 600, lost control and fell onto the asphalt.

Emergency responders assigned him a red code due to a chest trauma and a suspected leg fracture. He was transported to the hospital in Sulmona and remains in reserved condition.

Two other motorcycle accidents occurred in the Valle Subequana region during the same morning near Molina Aterno and Castel di Ieri, though those riders were not seriously injured and did not require hospital transport.
