Motorola and OPPO announce new consumer electronics at IFA 2026

At IFA 2026, Motorola introduced several new devices, including the Edge 70 Plus smartphone, the Moto Watch Ultra, and a special Swarovski-edition Razr foldable. The Edge 70 Plus features a 200-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization, a 10x optical zoom, and color calibration developed with the Pantone Color Institute. Powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, the phone includes 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, and a 5,500 mAh battery. These new products integrate the Lenovo and Motorola Qira AI assistant.

In the smartwatch market, OPPO has significantly reduced the price of its Watch X2 Mini. Available through AliExpress for approximately 160 euros, the device features a 1.32-inch AMOLED display, a Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 processor, 2 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of storage. The watch includes health monitoring capabilities such as heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep tracking, alongside fall detection and emergency SOS features. It offers up to seven days of battery life in power-saving mode and carries an IP68 and 5ATM rating for water and dust resistance.
