Motorola launches Edge 70 Pro and Moto G37 Power smartphones in Taiwan
Motorola announced the Taiwan launch of two new smartphones: the flagship Edge 70 Pro and the battery‑focused Moto G37 Power. The Edge 70 Pro is priced at NT$26,990 and is offered in three Pantone‑branded colors – Chicory Coffee, Titan and Zinfandel. It sports a 50‑megapixel quad‑camera system with a Sony LYTIA 710 sensor, 6.8‑inch 144 Hz AMOLED display, a 6,500 mAh carbon‑fiber battery, 90 W wired and 15 W wireless fast‑charging, IP68/69 water‑dust protection and MIL‑STD‑810H military certification. The phone runs Android 16 and integrates AI assistants including Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity and an offline AI real‑time translation service that supports Traditional Chinese and multiple languages.
The Moto G37 Power costs NT$8,990 and comes in Pantone Capri, Impenetrable and Nautical Blue finishes. It features a 7,000 mAh battery that can last up to 62 hours on a single charge, 30 W wired fast‑charging, IP64 protection, MIL‑STD‑810H certification, a 50‑megapixel main camera and Android 16 with features such as Circle‑to‑Search, fingerprint unlock and NFC. Buyers of the Edge 70 Pro who complete a registration during the launch period receive a Philips air‑fryer as a promotional gift.
