Motorola launches Moto G Max in India with 7,000mAh battery

Motorola has officially launched the Moto G Max in India, a new addition to its G-series lineup. The device is characterized by a large 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery, which the company claims can last up to three days under normal usage. It supports 30W fast charging.

Technical specifications include a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,050 nits. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset and runs on Android 16. It features 6GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB of UFS 3.1 storage, with options for additional virtual memory via RAM Boost.

The camera system consists of a 50MP Sony LYTIA 600 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP front-facing camera. For durability, the phone carries an IP64 rating and MIL-STD-810H certification. It is available in three Pantone-curated colors: Stargazer, Alaskan Blue, and Malaga. The device is priced at approximately Rs 27,999 and is scheduled to go on sale via Flipkart and other retailers starting August 20.
