Motorola launches ultra‑thin Signature phone with 512 GB storage and unveils Edge flagship

Motorola announced the Signature smartphone, a premium device only 6.99 mm thick with a 6.78‑inch Extreme AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, 16 GB RAM and 512 GB internal storage. It features a 5,200 mAh silicon‑carbon battery with 90 W fast charging and 50 W wireless charging, IP68/69 water‑dust resistance, MIL‑STD‑810H durability and a triple‑camera system built around 50‑megapixel Sony sensors. After a price cut from €1,299, the phone now sells for €859 in Europe.

The company also introduced the Motorola Edge, a compact 6.3‑inch pOLED flagship aimed at the global market. It ships with a MediaTek Dimensity 7450 chipset, 8 GB RAM, 128 GB storage, a 5,000 mAh battery, 15 W wireless charging and MIL‑STD‑810H protection. Its screen offers 1.5K resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 5,200 nits. The Edge is expected to retail around $600 (about €550) in Europe.
