Motorola may launch premium Moto Buds 2 Ultra earbuds in November

Motorola is reportedly preparing to expand its wireless audio lineup with the introduction of the Moto Buds 2 Ultra. According to industry leaker Evan Blass, an announcement for the new premium model could arrive as early as the beginning of November 2026.

The Ultra model is expected to sit at the top of the current Moto Buds 2 series, which already includes the Moto Buds 2, Moto Buds 2 Plus, and the Moto Buds 2 Fusion. While specific technical specifications, design details, and pricing have not been officially confirmed, the product is anticipated to offer high-end features.

A key point of interest for the new release is Motorola’s audio partnership. While the Moto Buds 2 Plus utilized ‘Sound by Bose’ technology, Motorola has recently established a new partnership with Bang & Olufsen. It remains unclear whether the Ultra model will continue to collaborate with Bose or leverage the new Bang & Olufsen partnership.
