Motorola announces Android 17 features and new brand identity

Motorola is expanding its technological and visual footprint through several key developments. The company has revealed upcoming features for Android 17 on its devices, including machine-learning-based notification organization, stackable widgets, and improved performance and battery life.

In hardware, the Motorola Edge 70 Max features a 7,100 mAh silicon-carbon battery and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. The flagship Motorola Signature is also gaining attention, with reports highlighting its 100x hybrid zoom, IP68/IP69 durability, and significant price reductions on platforms like Mercado Livre. The Moto G Max has also emerged as a highly searched model in recent market rankings.

On the branding front, Motorola has partnered with Pantone to launch ‘House of Moto Indigo,’ a new global visual identity color designed to connect with consumers through lifestyle tech. Additionally, the Motorola Signature has been adopted by Mecânica Online® for professional automotive content production, utilizing its advanced camera and rugged build for real-world testing.
