Motorola unveils Signature 27 flagship with Bang & Olufsen audio
Motorola has unveiled the Signature 27, its upcoming flagship smartphone, during the Snapdragon Summit. The device marks a new naming convention for the brand, intended to represent future model years.
Key technical specifications include the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 processor and a specialized ArcticMesh cooling system that utilizes diamond-enriched thermal gel and liquid metal. The device features a high-end camera system led by a 50 MP Sony LYTIA 910 main sensor and a 200 MP periscopic telephoto lens with AI-driven Super Zoom Pro capabilities.
A major highlight is the global, multi-year partnership with Bang & Olufsen. This collaboration, branded as ‘Audio by Bang & Olufsen’, involves engineers from both companies working together to optimize hardware and digital signal processing for superior acoustic performance.
The Signature 27 will also feature deep integration with Google Gemini, including tools like Gemini Omni for video creation and Lyria for AI-generated music. Motorola has committed to seven years of both operating system and security updates. The smartphone is expected to debut in global markets during 2026.
