Motorola unveils Edge 70 Plus and Moto Watch Ultra at IFA 2026

At IFA 2026 in Berlin, Motorola unveiled two new products: the Edge 70 Plus smartphone and the Moto Watch Ultra smartwatch.

The Edge 70 Plus is a mid-range device featuring a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 5200 nits. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, includes 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage. The device highlights a 200MP main camera with optical image stabilization and a large 6500mAh battery supporting 45W fast charging. It runs on Android 16 and carries IP64 and MIL-STD-810H certifications for durability.

The Moto Watch Ultra is Motorola’s first smartwatch to feature LTE connectivity via eSIM. It runs on Google’s Wear OS 6, providing access to the Google Play Store and services like Google Gemini and Google Wallet. The watch is equipped with a Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chip and a 1.5-inch pOLED display with up to 2700 nits of brightness. Developed in collaboration with Polar, the wearable includes advanced health and fitness tracking features such as sleep stages and stress monitoring.
