Motorola unveils Moto Pad 70 Groove tablet with nine JBL speakers
Motorola announced the Moto Pad 70 Groove, a mid‑range tablet aimed at multimedia users. The device is slated for launch on 31 July 2026 in India, where a teaser page was opened on the Flipkart store.
Key specifications include a 12.1‑inch IPS LCD display with a 2560 × 1600 resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and 800‑nit brightness. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 octa‑core processor, paired with 6‑12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128‑256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and offers a micro‑SD expansion slot. The tablet houses a 10 200 mAh battery that can be charged at up to 45 W (some reports cite 68 W fast‑charging).
The standout feature is its audio system: nine JBL speakers built into the rear chassis – four tweeters, three woofers and two passive radiators – delivering Hi‑Res Audio, 7.2‑channel surround sound and Bluetooth speaker functionality with a fold‑out ring stand. Additional hardware includes a 13‑MP rear camera, an 8‑MP front camera, stylus support, and dimensions of 22.7 mm thickness and 760 g weight.
