Motorsport events held in Cartagena and Apóstoles

Motorcycle enthusiasts gathered at the Cartagena Circuit on September 19-20, 2026, for track days and driving courses organized by Motor Extremo. The event saw varied weather conditions, starting with intermittent rain and a drying track on Saturday, followed by sunny conditions and optimal grip on Sunday.

Technical assistance was provided in the paddock to help participants manage tire pressures and adjustments due to changing track temperatures. The weekend focused on skill development and community interaction among riders.

In Argentina, the city of Apóstoles is preparing to host the fifth round of the Misiones Rally Championship from September 25 to 27. This event, part of the ‘Camino a la Fiesta Nacional de la Yerba Mate’ series, will feature rally cars, motorcycles, and quadricycles.

Local officials, including Tourism Minister José María Arrúa and Mayor María Eugenia Safrán, noted that the competition is expected to boost the local economy and tourism through increased visitor occupancy.
