The Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is hosting critical season finales for multiple racing series. In the International GT Open, Christian Mansell and Maxi Götz secured a victory in their Motopark Mercedes, leading from start to finish. This result has tightened the championship battle, leaving Zac Meakin only six points behind leaders Tom Emson and Tom Lebbon following their difficult race.

In the TCR Europe series, Mike Halder of ALM Motorsport claimed pole position for the season finale with a lap time of 1:48.703. This performance moved the German driver from fifth to third in the standings, trailing championship leader Marco Butti by 14 points.

Additionally, the GT Cup championship saw Johnny Kaminskey take victory in the AF Corse Ferrari, while Nicolas Vandierendonck secured sixth place in the Pro-Am category driving for Hans Weijs Motorsport.
