Motorsport victories achieved in Barcelona

In Barcelona, Adam Shepherd secured his first TCR Europe victory with a dominant performance in Race 1. Despite pole position from Mike Halder, Shepherd took the lead at the first corner and maintained control throughout the race. Halder finished second, followed by Junesung Park in third. The result keeps the championship battle tight, with Marco Butti maintaining a five-point lead over Halder, while six drivers remain mathematically in contention for the title.

In endurance racing, Riccardo Pera, alongside teammates Hardwick and Shahin, won the 6 Hours of Barcelona in the GTE World Endurance Championship. Driving the #92 Porsche, the crew secured pole position and maintained a significant lead over McLaren and BMW. This victory moves the crew into second place in the overall championship standings, trailing the leader, Corvette, by 18 points heading into the season finale at Monza.
