Motsunike En opens new specialty shop in Fujimi City

Motsunike En, a popular specialty shop from Kawagoe, has officially held its grand opening in Fujimi City, Saitama Prefecture, on October 3, 2026. The new location is situated within the existing Ganso Karaage Honpo Banmaru Fujimi store in Yamamuro.

The shop offers a variety of motsunini (stewed offal) flavors, including miso, salt, and soy sauce, alongside specialty variations such as yuzu, curry, and green chili. A signature ‘three-flavor assortment’ allows customers to sample the miso, salt, and soy sauce versions simultaneously.

Dining options include sets starting from 900 yen, which feature free large servings of rice. The establishment also provides takeout services. Operating hours are from 11:00 to 20:00, or until supplies run out.
