Mountain Hardwear appoints Peter Rauch as new President

Columbia Sportswear Company has announced a leadership restructuring for its Mountain Hardwear brand. Peter Rauch has been appointed as the new President of Mountain Hardwear.

Rauch transitions to this role from his position as General Manager of the Columbia brand in North America. He brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience within the Columbia family of brands to the new role.

Troy Sicotte, who has served as President of Mountain Hardwear for approximately five years, will transition to a new position as Global Vice President of Sales for the brand. In this capacity, Sicotte will focus on strengthening marketplace relationships.
