Mountain Mike’s Pizza, the family‑style pizza chain known for its 20‑inch “Mountain‑sized” pies, opened its 16th restaurant in the state in Murphy, Texas. The new 2,500‑square‑foot site in Collin County is owned and operated by husband‑and‑wife franchisees Timothy Fogarty and Vanessa Lomelí‑Fogarty, who also run a location in Fulshear and plan further expansion across Texas.

The Murphy restaurant features a family‑friendly setting with eight big‑screen televisions, an outdoor patio, a kids’ arcade, free Wi‑Fi, an all‑you‑can‑eat pizza and salad bar, and a weekday lunch buffet.
