Mountain tourism initiatives launched in Beskidy and Gorce

Various initiatives are promoting active tourism and community engagement in the Polish mountain regions of Beskidy and Gorce.

The #AktywnaEkipa initiative, an evolution of the #AktywnaŚroda project, is organizing e-MTB and traditional cycling excursions in the Beskidy mountains. A scheduled trip to Porąbka includes a ride through the Gaiki massif and Chrobacza Łąka, concluding with a social gathering at Chata nad rzeką.

In the Gorce region, a new tourism application titled ‘Be active in Ochotnica&Tylmanowa’ has been launched. The app provides detailed information for hikers, runners, and cyclists exploring Ochotnica Dolna, Ochotnica Górna, and Tylmanowa. It features maps, elevation profiles, and historical and cultural information, including specific routes for trail running such as the Gorce Ultra Trail 48.
