Construtora Tenda launches R$ 500 million housing project in Salvador

Construtora Tenda has launched the Aruna Patamares project in Salvador, Bahia, marking its expansion into the 'Faixa 4' segment of the Minha Casa Minha Vida program. With an estimated total sales value of R$ 500 million, the development features 1,143 two-bedroom apartments and aims to serve the middle-class market in a highly valued neighborhood.

Simultaneously, various Brazilian municipalities are conducting extensive urban maintenance and infrastructure works. In João Pessoa, Seinfra is performing pothole repairs across 28 neighborhoods, while Sedurb is inspecting commercial establishments to prevent the illegal privatization of public sidewalk parking. In Campo Grande, the number of work fronts for road repairs has increased from seven to 12, aiming for up to 3,000 repairs per day. Other regional efforts include urban revitalization in Rio de Janeiro's Complexo do Chapadão, road drainage works in Aquidauana, and municipal maintenance in Rio Branco, Marília, and Ribeirão Pires.

Cultural and community initiatives are also noted, such as an environmental art workshop for children at the Museu da Caixa D’Água Velha in Cuiabá.
