Mouse Computer expands Saitama Service Center operations

Mouse Computer Co., Ltd. operates its Saitama Service Center in Kasukabe City, Saitama Prefecture, as a central hub for after-sales support in Eastern Japan. Since its expansion in 2013, the facility has evolved from a simple repair workshop into a comprehensive operations center.

The center manages a wide range of functions, including a contact center for customer inquiries, quality control feedback for product development based on repair data, and logistics for managing tens of thousands of parts. Additionally, the facility has focused on the refurbishment of used computers, known as ‘Mouse Refurbished PCs’.

Of the approximately 45,000 annual support cases handled by the company nationwide, over 60 percent are concentrated at the Saitama location. The center serves as a control tower, handling everything from general consumer repairs to highly technical cases and specialized support for corporate clients.
