Movida reports R$ 152.1 million net profit in Q3 2026

Movida reported a net profit of R$ 152.1 million for the third quarter of 2026, marking a 117% increase compared to the same period in 2025. This represents the company’s highest quarterly profit in four years and exceeded its established guidance.

Total gross revenue reached R$ 4.2 billion, with rental gross revenue hitting a record R$ 2.7 billion, a 19% year-on-year increase. EBITDA rose by 21% to R$ 1.8 billion, while EBIT surpassed R$ 1 billion for the second consecutive quarter, growing 27% annually.

The company attributed these results to strategic planning, improved customer experience, technological integration in management and pricing, operational efficiency, and financial discipline. In the Rent a Car (RAC) segment, Movida sold 20,100 vehicles during the quarter, while its used car (Seminovos) operation maintained a stable EBITDA margin of 1.1%.
