Movistar Estudiantes defeats Coviran Granada in Copa de España

Movistar Estudiantes eliminated Coviran Granada from the Copa de España with an 86-76 victory at the Palacio de Deportes.

The match was largely decided in the first quarter, where Granada struggled significantly, falling behind with a score of 14-27. Despite a mid-game rally led by Jovan Kljajic and Mus Barro that briefly brought the deficit to five points, Estudiantes regained control through decisive three-pointers and strong defensive play.

Estudiantes' performance was bolstered by Omar Silverio, whose outside shooting helped maintain the lead. In contrast, Coviran Granada struggled with poor perimeter shooting and lacked effective play direction, failing to overcome the early deficit.
