Moxy İzmir to open in September 2026 as part of Neva Yalı project

Marriott International’s lifestyle brand, Moxy Hotels, is set to open its first location in İzmir, Turkey, on September 8, 2026. The Moxy İzmir hotel is a key component of the Neva Yalı mixed-use project developed by Rönesans Gayrimenkul Grubu under the REV signature.

Located in the Bayraklı district, the Neva Yalı project aims to transform the coastline into a vibrant urban center by integrating residential units, offices, gastronomy, social spaces, and cultural functions. The Moxy İzmir hotel will serve as a social hub for residents, office workers, and travelers, featuring co-working spaces, a bar, and event venues to support the region's ongoing urban transformation.
