Mozaik Investments acquires Oradea fitness chain Fit4U

Mozaik Investments, a fund launched by businessman Sacha Dragic, has acquired Fit4U, the largest fitness club network in Oradea, through its project company M-Ventures. The acquisition includes five existing clubs, with three additional locations planned for opening by 2027.

The move is part of a broader national expansion strategy to integrate fitness centers under the Urban Fitness brand. Recent acquisitions by the fund include City Gym, Urban Fitness & Gym, and No1 Fitness. Urban Fitness aims to reach 100 units across Romania within the next five to six years, targeting growth in the low-cost segment through automation and accessibility.
