Mozzarella di bufala campana DOP to showcase at Sial Paris

The Consorzio di tutela della mozzarella di bufala campana DOP will participate in the Sial Paris food trade fair from October 17 to 21. This presence is strategically significant as France serves as the primary foreign market for the DOP product, accounting for approximately 33% of its exports.

As part of the Afidop collective, the consortium will showcase Italian dairy excellence alongside other DOP products such as Gorgonzola, Grana Padano, and Taleggio. The event will feature culinary demonstrations by chef Carla Ferrari and live artisanal cheese-making displays by master cheesemaker Mimmo La Vecchia.

A special off-site event is scheduled for October 19 in Montmartre, offering a tasting experience designed to promote Italian culinary culture and product pairing.
