MP Materials highlights rare earth production capabilities

MP Materials Corp. recently presented at the Jefferies Global Industrials Conference, highlighting its position as the largest producer of rare earth materials in the Western Hemisphere. Chief Financial Officer Ryan Corbett noted that the company is nearing the completion of production optimization and growth for NdPr oxide at its Mountain Pass asset.

The company is pursuing a vertically integrated platform that spans from mining to the manufacturing of rare earth permanent magnets. Following the presentation, MP Materials shares saw a trading increase of 1.7%, closing at $55.46. The company maintains a market capitalization of approximately $9.88 billion.
