MPD Engenharia delivers Florà luxury development in Alphaville

MPD Engenharia has completed the delivery of Florà, a high-end residential project in Alphaville, developed in partnership with Gregory. The 31-story single tower was built on the final available plot on Alameda Walker and features 45 units ranging from 420m² to 835m², including a triplex penthouse.

The project, which has an estimated total sales value (VGV) of R$ 429 million, sits on a 4,700m² lot with private access and proximity to a permanent preservation area. Construction began in 2023, and the development achieved a 95% sales rate prior to completion. The building includes modern amenities such as autonomous delivery robots.
