MPMT Institutional School holds communication workshop for leaders

The Institutional School of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the State of Mato Grosso (MPMT) held a communication workshop for its leaders on August 4 and 5. The training, titled ‘Oficina Comunicação de Primeira’, was organized by the Center for Studies and Functional Improvement (Ceaf).

Led by journalist Luzimar Collares, the six-hour program was attended by 45 employees. The workshop aimed to enhance professional performance through strategies for clearer and more assertive communication. Topics included interpersonal communication, public speaking, leadership, verbal and non-verbal language, institutional reputation, and the responsible use of social media.

The training combined theoretical content with practical activities, such as workplace simulations and public presentation exercises. Avanete Pereira Sobrinho Aniceto, manager of Development and Projects at the Department of Planning and Management (Deplan), noted the importance of the training for both professional and personal development.
