Mr Eazi expresses regret over late mother never seeing him perform

Nigerian music artist Oluwatosin Ajibade, known professionally as Mr Eazi, has shared that his greatest regret is that his late mother never saw him perform live on stage.

Speaking on the Brut Podcast, the singer explained that his mother, Pastor Ifeoma Edith Ajibade, was a conservative woman who had a strong aversion to traveling. This reluctance prevented him from bringing her to his international shows as his career expanded globally. Despite her inability to attend his performances, he noted that she supported his career through prayer.

Mr Eazi also mentioned that his father only attended one of his live performances in 2017, several years after he had achieved stardom, but remains a consistent source of encouragement and support.
