MR. RECORDS demo updated with new Music Level Editor

Publisher Wired Productions and developer Glee-Cheese Studio have announced an update to the demo of ‘MR. RECORDS’ in preparation for the Steam Next Fest. The update introduces a new ‘Music Level Editor’ feature, allowing players to create, customize, and play their own rhythm levels.

In the level editor, players can place notes, obstacles, and effects onto a music timeline. The PC version specifically allows users to import their own music to create custom stages, which can then be shared with the community. This editor will be included in the full version of the game across all platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

‘MR. RECORDS’ is described as a single-player rhythm adventure and record store management game. Players take on the role of George, who manages a shop by day and embarks on musical journeys through records by night. The game features over 40 handcrafted stages and a variety of musical genres, including funk, progressive rock, hip-hop, and electronic music.
