MrBeast Marries Thea Booysen at Private Necker Island Wedding

Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, married South African content creator Thea Booysen in a private ceremony on Necker Island, the exclusive resort owned by Richard Branson in the British Virgin Islands. The intimate event hosted roughly 70 family members and friends and was preceded by a week of Caribbean activities, including kitesurfing, snorkeling and wildlife tours.

The bride wore a custom dress by Nicole + Felicia Couture while the groom wore a Ralph Lauren tuxedo. A minister close to the family officiated the vows, and the couple’s first dance was set to the song “Die With a Smile” by Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars. Both are prominent YouTubers; MrBeast has over 500 million subscribers, and Booysen streams video‑game content and holds degrees in law and neuropsychology.
