Mértola and Cáceres announce new infrastructure developments

The Municipality of Mértola in Portugal will officially inaugurate the new Centro Escolar de Mértola on September 7 at 7:00 PM. This new facility is intended to strengthen teaching and learning conditions within the municipality and represents a significant investment in local educational infrastructure.

In Brazil, the Municipality of Cáceres has issued a public notice to select a construction company for the Residencial Pantanal project. This initiative, part of the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program, aims to develop approximately 76 housing units. Interested companies can submit technical proposals electronically between August 27 and September 18, 2026.
