MRV partners with Apae Brasil to promote workforce inclusion

MRV, a subsidiary of MRV&CO, has established a partnership with the National Federation of Apaes (Fenapaes) to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market. The agreement focuses on professional training and the offering of administrative and operational roles within the construction sector across various regions of Brazil.

The initiative, part of the Apae Brasil Network’s Work, Employment, and Income Program, will initially last one year. Opportunities will be available in municipalities where MRV maintains offices, stores, and developments. The partnership aims to leverage the expertise of the Apae Brasil Network in preparing individuals with disabilities for professional environments.

In addition to this inclusion initiative, MRV is expanding its workforce in Rio Grande do Sul, offering 67 vacancies for construction roles such as bricklayers, carpenters, and plumbers. These positions are located in Porto Alegre, Canoas, and Gravataí, with specific openings designated for people with disabilities.
