MS Bio files for KOSDAQ listing to expand regenerative medicine platform
MS Bio, a regenerative medicine platform company specializing in human tissue and biomaterials, has submitted a securities report to the Financial Services Commission to begin its KOSDAQ listing process. The company plans to offer 4 million shares with a target price range of 6,800 to 7,800 KRW, aiming for a total public offering of 27.2 billion to 31.2 billion KRW.
Institutional demand forecasting is scheduled from September 28 to October 2, followed by general investor subscriptions on October 12 and 13. The company aims to complete its listing on the KOSDAQ market in October, with KB Securities serving as the lead manager.
Founded in 2015, MS Bio develops products for various medical fields, including breast reconstruction in plastic surgery, soft tissue reconstruction in orthopedics, bone regeneration in dentistry, and corneal treatments in ophthalmology. The company utilizes four core technologies, including decellularization and extracellular matrix (ECM) preservation.
MS Bio has demonstrated steady growth, with revenue increasing from 14.8 billion KRW in 2023 to a projected 23.8 billion KRW in 2025, while maintaining operating profit margins in the 30% range since 2020. The proceeds from the IPO will be used to construct a new factory in Ochang, establish overseas bases in regions such as the US and Vietnam, and fund domestic and international clinical trials.
